DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days and take 1-3 days to arrive. All packages are sent tracked via Courier Post for a flat rate of $7.50 NZD or free on all orders over $100.00 NZD.

- Please allow an extra 3-10 days before dispatch for large format, custom and framed orders as these are all made to order. If you order is urgent please email info@simplycreative.co.nz to ensure it can be done in time

- Please allow an extra 1-3 days during Public Holidays, Sales and Ne releases. 

- Framed orders are only available in New Zealand due to risk of breakage

- All packages are sent via Go Sweet Spot using Courier Post, you will receive an email once it has been dispatched.

Please choose carefully, in most cases the prints are made to order so we can not accept returns due to change of mind, thank you for understanding.If you have any questions before purchasing please don't hesitate to get in touch. 

We take great pride with the packaging to ensure the prints are well protected.

Unframed prints are packaged flat in custom purpose made cardboard boxes with tissue paper and a thick protective board. A0 prints are normally sent in tubes.
