DELIVERY
Please see specific details on product pages. we endeavour to get your orders out ASAP. In some cases prints are made to order so you will need to allow up to 8 days to receive your order. Otherwise most orders are recieved within 1-3 working days.
If your order is urgent please email info@simplycreative.co.nz and we do our best to meet you needs.
     
All orders are shipped flat, with thick backing board as protection.
Shipping is free on all orders over $60.00
Shipping is currently only available in New Zealand.
     
PACKAGING
We take great pride when packaging my prints, to ensure the prints are well protected and flawlessly displayed. All prints are packaged individually in crisp clear resealable cellophane bag, with a thick 450gsm backing board to protect the print.
     
RETURNS
If your order does not arrive in mint condition please email info@simplycreative.co.nz and we will ensure the situation is fixed immediately. New Zealand customers.
     
FRAMING
Please note all prints come unframed unless requested otherwise. Framing is available on request at an additional cost. Framed prints are mounted with a generous mat width, within a high-quality wooden frame and come with a hanging kit. Please note that images shown are representative, but may not be identical to the final framed piece.
Please allow an extra 5 working days if you order framed prints.
     
WHOLESALE

Simply Creative does offer wholesale, for any stockist enquiries please fill out the contact form or email info@simplycreative.co.nz including details regarding your shop.

REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

    Simply Creative takes great care to ensure your orders are protected in transit. In an unfortunate event where your order does not arrive in mint condition please email info@simplycreative.co.nz and we will ensure the situation is fixed immediately. You may be asked to provide evidence of the damaged/faulty or incorrect goods. Once inspected and confirmed, Simply Creative will exchange it for the same item. If the item is out of stock you will be advised immediately and will have the opportunity to choose another product of the same value, or apply for a refund. Refunds are not given on large format prints, custom designs and sale items.
     
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
     
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

SHIPPING

To return your product, email info@simplycreative.co.nz for instructions and an address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
