DELIVERY
Please note we are currently experiencing delays on dispatching orders due to an overwhleming amount. If you order is urgent please email info@simplycreative.co.nz prior to purchasing to see if we can accomodate you. We appreciate your patience.
Please see specific details on product pages. we endeavour to get your orders out ASAP. In most cases prints are made to order so you will need to allow 2 - 12 working days to receive your order. 
     
All orders are shipped flat, with thick backing board as protection.
Shipping is free on all NZ orders over $100.00
     
PACKAGING
We take great pride when packaging my prints, to ensure the prints are well protected and flawlessly displayed. All prints are packaged individually in crisp clear resealable cellophane bag, with a thick 450gsm backing board to protect the print.
     
RETURNS
If your order does not arrive in mint condition please email info@simplycreative.co.nz and we will organise a replacement. New Zealand customers. Please note due to the made-to-order nature we do not offer refunds.
     
FRAMING
Please note all prints come unframed unless requested otherwise. Framing is available on request at an additional cost. Framed prints are mounted with a generous mat width, within a high-quality wooden frame and come with a hanging kit. Please note that images shown are representative, but may not be identical to the final framed piece.
Please allow an extra 5 working days if you order framed prints.
     
WHOLESALE

Simply Creative does offer wholesale, for any stockist enquiries please fill out the contact form or email info@simplycreative.co.nz including details regarding your shop.

REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In an unfortunate event where your order does not arrive in mint condition please email info@simplycreative.co.nz and we will ensure the situation is fixed with a replacement. You may be asked to provide evidence of the damaged/faulty or incorrect goods. Once inspected and confirmed, Simply Creative will replace it for the same item. If the item is out of stock you will be advised immediately and will have the opportunity to choose another product of the same value, or apply for a refund.
Orders are printed and framed to order because of this nature we do not offer refunds, so please choose wisely. Colours may vary from screen to print, if you need more product info or help choosing please email info@simplycreative.co.nz

SHIPPING

To return your product, email info@simplycreative.co.nz for instructions and an address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
